In her early days, Asha Negi worked in a tour and travels consultancy agency and a call center in Bangalore.
She started her acting career in 2010 by playing the role of Madhura in the TV serial ‘Sapno Se Bhare Naina’ .

He has made guest appearance twice in the game reality show Bigg Boss – Season 6 (2012) and Season 11 (2017).
In 2013, she participated in the dance reality show Nach Baliye – Season 6 with Rithvik Dhanjani and was the winner of that season.
